Road Aware Driving School is based in Tong Village and covers most of Leeds and parts of Bradford. Road Aware is an independent driving school, run by Ian Crane.

About Ian

Ian has been a fully qualified Driving Instructor for over 4 years. Following a change in career, he became a driving instructor which has enabled him to use his natural ability to teach and also has provided him with the flexibility needed to juggle work with his family demands.

About Road Aware Driving School

Since qualifying as a driving instructor, Ian has worked for other national and regional driving schools, including the AA. In December 2007, he decided to form his own driving school and Road Aware Driving School was born.

About the Car

The car used for driving lessons is a dual controlled, petrol engined Ford Fiesta 1.4 Zetec Manual. The Fiesta is a small, modern car which is easy to drive, be it around town or on faster roads. Its uncomplicated controls assist your learning process and the car can be easily manouevred helping you get to grips with handling a car correctly.
